School- based Speech Language Pathologist in Arlington, WA

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Arlington, WA. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work with elementary-aged students to provide speech and language services, supporting their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of elementary-aged children
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Monitor and track student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Washington State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with elementary-aged students (preferred)
• Candidate must be willing to work in person (W2 contract)
