Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized instruction to students with special needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs to support student growth.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure student success.
• Regularly assess and track student progress.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Special Education License in New Jersey required.
• Previous school-based experience is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-12 students with a variety of learning needs.
• Hours per Week: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive pay based on experience.

• Contract Duration: Current school year with potential extension for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
