Position: Full-Time, Onsite

Are you passionate about supporting students' social, emotional, and academic growth? We are looking for a dedicated School Social Worker to serve a K-8 school in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. If you are ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide social work services to both IEP and at-risk students.
• Conduct assessments, individual and group counseling, and crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success.
• Support students’ emotional and behavioral needs, helping them thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications:

• Michigan School Social Worker credentials, including the 310 Letter.
• Strong background in working with K-8 students with diverse needs.
• Experience with IEPs and at-risk student populations is a plus.

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-8 school, serving both IEP and at-risk students.
• Hours per Week: 37.5 hours per week
• Weekly Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
• Contract Duration: Current school year with an option to extend through summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
