Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to students in individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Assist with implementing speech therapy plans.
  • Document progress and maintain records for each student.
  • Help modify and create learning materials for students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to ensure student success.

Qualifications:

  • SLPA certification in Massachusetts required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders or related field.
  • Previous school-based experience preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working in an onsite setting – no virtual options.

Position Details:

  • Classroom: Onsite, working in a school environment with students.
  • Hours per Week: Full-Time
  • Weekly Pay: Competitive based on experience.
