Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Winslow, Arizona
Full-Time or Part-Time | In-Person | School Year 2024-2025

We’re seeking a dedicated SLP or SLPA to join a supportive school district in Winslow, AZ for the 2024-2025 school year. If you're passionate about helping students thrive academically and socially through speech therapy, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-8th grade students
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs for students with speech and language needs
• Collaborate with a team of 4 other SLPs within the district
• Utilize an SLPA to assist with therapy, with all paperwork signed off by the supervising SLP
• Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation
• Support students in both individual and group settings

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-8th grade students
• Hours per Week: 24-30 hours per week (3-4 days per week, 8 hours per day)
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
• Contract Duration: Current school year (2024-2025) with potential to extend
• Interview Process: Zoom interviews preferred for convenience, Fridays are ideal

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Active Arizona SLP License or SLPA Certification
  • Active IVP Fingerprint Card for the state of Arizona
  • Comfortable with an in-person role
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
