School-Based RBT position in Framingham, Massachusetts

Immediate Opening: School RBT in Framingham, MA!

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Framingham, Massachusetts! This full-time, 32.5 hours per week position is available immediately through June 18, 2025. If you're passionate about making a difference for students and have experience in a school setting, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to a kindergartener with trauma, aggression, bolting, and flopping behaviors.
• Implement behavior intervention plans with a focus on positive reinforcement and stabilizing behaviors.
• Work closely with teachers and staff to track progress and modify interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in regular team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Must have an Active RBT Certification in Massachusetts.
• School-based experience required.
• Bilingual in Portuguese preferred, but not required.
• Must complete CORI and fingerprints prior to starting.

Position Details:

• Classroom: 1:1 support with a kindergartener.
• Hours per Week: Full-Time, 32.5 hours per week.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive salary based on experience.

• Contract Duration: ASAP through June 18, 2025, with potential for extension.
• Onsite: Must be onsite for this position.
