Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the direction of a BCBA
• Collect and track data to monitor student progress
• Provide direct behavioral support to students both one-on-one and in small groups
• Assist in creating a positive and structured classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and the BCBA team

Position Details:

• Caseload: Students in K-12 with a variety of behavioral needs
• Hours per Week: Full-Time
• Weekly Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, during school hours
• Location: On-site in Vancouver, WA

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Active RBT certification
  • High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Preferred:
  • Experience with students with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication skills
