Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Lake Stevens, Washington

We’re looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students with behavioral and developmental needs in a school setting. Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect data on student progress and behavior.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students in a classroom setting.
- Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and parents to ensure consistent support for each student.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Position Details:
- Caseload: K-12 students with a variety of behavioral needs
- Hours per Week: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
- Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, school hours
- Location: Onsite in Lake Stevens, WA
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Preferred: Experience working with students with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral needs
