Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Lake Stevens, Washington

We’re looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students with behavioral and developmental needs in a school setting. Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect data on student progress and behavior.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students in a classroom setting.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and parents to ensure consistent support for each student.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Position Details:

• Caseload: K-12 students with a variety of behavioral needs
• Hours per Week: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, school hours
• Location: Onsite in Lake Stevens, WA

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Active RBT certification
  • High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Preferred: Experience working with students with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral needs
