Full-Time RBT – Byfield, Massachusetts (K-12 District Wide)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral support to students across K-12 schools.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and support students with various needs.
• Work closely with a BCBA for guidance and supervision.
• Collaborate with school staff to support student development and progress.

Qualifications:

• Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Experience working with K-12 students is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and behavioral management skills.

Position Details:

• Classroom: District-wide (3 elementary schools, 1 middle school, 1 high school)
• Hours per Week: Full-Time, 35 hours (8:15 AM - 3:15 PM, some days 7:15 AM - 2:15 PM)
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.

• Contract Duration: ASAP through February 2025, with potential for extension.
