Job Title: School-Based RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Provide support to students with behavioral challenges
• Collect and analyze data on student progress
• Collaborate with educators and support staff

Qualifications:

• Valid RBT certification in Massachusetts required
• Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings preferred

Position Details:

• Classroom: Elementary and middle school settings
• Hours per Week: Full-Time (exact hours to be determined)
• Weekly Pay: Competitive salary
