Paraprofessional – School-Based (Hinckley, MN)

We have 4 openings for Paraprofessionals in a transition program for students aged 18-22 in Hinckley, MN. This is a great opportunity to support young adults as they transition into adulthood. If you're passionate about helping students reach their potential and want to make a real impact, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Support students in a transition program, focusing on social, life, and vocational skills.
• Assist with academic tasks and foster students’ personal growth.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to help students reach their individualized goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with young adults or in a school setting is preferred.
• Ability to work with students aged 18-22 in a transition program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Transition Program for 18-22-year-old students.
• Hours per Week: Full-Time (5.5 hours per day, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
