Exciting Opportunity: School-Based Paraprofessional in Baltimore, Maryland!

Are you passionate about supporting students and making a positive impact in the classroom? We’re looking for a full-time Paraprofessional to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland! If you have previous school experience and are eager to help students succeed, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with daily lessons and activities.
• Support students individually and in small groups, including those with special needs.
• Help maintain a positive and organized classroom environment.
• Provide any needed academic or behavioral support to students.

Qualifications:

• Previous school experience required (preferably in a classroom or special education setting).
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and staff.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Full-Time paraprofessional role supporting students in various educational settings.
• Hours per Week: Full-Time.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive based on experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
• Contract Duration: Immediate start, through the current school year with an option to extend for the 2024-2025 school year.
