School-Based Paraprofessional or RBT Needed in Caldwell, Idaho

Full-Time Paraprofessional/RBT – Caldwell, ID
ASAP Start – Full-Time

We're looking for 2 dedicated Paraprofessionals/RBTs to join a supportive team in Caldwell, ID! This is a full-time position with 1:1 caseloads, perfect for professionals passionate about supporting students with behavioral and academic needs. Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to students with special needs in a classroom setting.
• Assist with implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and academic goals.
• Work directly with students to improve their social, emotional, and academic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure student success.
• Help with data collection and progress monitoring for students' goals.

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or Paraprofessional certification (Required)
• Experience working 1:1 with students with behavioral needs (Preferred)
• Passion for supporting students with special needs and making an impact in their lives.

Position Details:

• Classroom: 1:1 caseloads
• Hours per Week: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, Onsite only

Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.

Contract Duration:

• Full-time through the current school year, with potential to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
