School-Based Occupational Therapist – Rockford, IL
Start Date: 02/04/2025 | End Date: 06/06/2025 (FMLA Coverage, 2 Days per Week)

We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist for FMLA coverage in Rockford, Illinois, to work 2 days per week with elementary students. This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact in a school setting, working with both self-contained and regular education students. With orientation scheduled for a later date, you'll have the support you need to jump right in!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to elementary school students, both in self-contained and regular education settings.
  • Assess student needs and develop treatment plans to improve daily living and motor skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support individualized student goals.
  • Offer recommendations and modifications to ensure student success in the classroom.

Qualifications:

  • Active IL State Licensure (IDFPR) required.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred but not mandatory.

Position Details:

Classroom: Elementary (Self-contained and Regular Education Students)
Hours per Week: 2 days per week
Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Contract Duration: 02/04/2025 – 06/06/2025 (with potential for future opportunities)
