Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapist in Indianapolis, Indiana!

We’re seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana! This full-time, onsite position offers a great opportunity to make a real impact on students’ development. You'll work with an elementary caseload of approximately 60 students, helping them reach their full potential in a supportive school environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized therapy to students based on their unique needs.
  • Develop and implement effective therapy plans to help students achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ progress.
  • Monitor and document student progress regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure in Indiana.
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively with children and staff in an educational setting.

Position Details:

  • Classroom: Elementary caseload of approximately 60 students.
  • Hours per Week: Full-Time.
  • Weekly Pay: Competitive based on experience and licensure.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
  • Contract Duration: ASAP through May 27, 2025, with potential for extension.
