We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to cover a maternity leave from late January through the end of the year. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in elementary and middle school.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students’ needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure effective support for students' success.
• Manage a caseload of 38 students, offering therapy and consultation services as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Virginia Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• Prior school-based experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Elementary and middle school students
• Hours per Week: Full-Time
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
• Contract Duration: End of January/Early February 2025 through the end of the year, with an option to extend for the 2024-2025 school year.
