Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Support classroom teachers in delivering effective lessons and ensuring students’ engagement.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to track student progress and provide consistent support.

Qualifications:

• Must hold active state licensure as an Educational Technician (or equivalent).
• Prior experience in a school or educational setting is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with students of all learning styles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Onsite only, working directly with students in a school setting.
• Hours per Week: Full-Time.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience and licensure.
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
• Contract Duration: Current school year with an option to extend into summer school or the 2024-2025 school year.
