School-Based BCBA Needed in McKeesport, Pennsylvania

Full-Time BCBA – McKeesport, Pennsylvania

We are looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive educational team in McKeesport, Pennsylvania! This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to work with K-2 students, providing autistic support and Kindergarten life skills. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavior analysis support for a caseload of 20-30 K-2 students.
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and work closely with teachers and staff.
• Provide autism support and life skills training to students in Kindergarten and early elementary grades.
• Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure positive student outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Must hold BCBA certification.
• Experience working with students in K-2 grades, particularly with autism and life skills, is preferred.
• Passion for supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs.

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-2 students, including autistic support and life skills.
• Hours per Week: Full-Time, 35 hours per week
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
• Contract Duration: January 6th – June 6th, 2025.
• Onsite Only.
