Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and provide ongoing support to students.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement strategies for success.
Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure growth and development.

Qualifications:

Must have active BCBA licensure in Massachusetts.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field required.
Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus.

Position Details:

Classroom: School-based environment, working with students in K-12 settings.
Hours per Week: Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time options available.
Weekly Pay: Competitive pay based on experience.

Contract Duration: Current school year with the option to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
