Location: Danville, IL (30 miles east of Champaign)

We’re seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive school district in Danville, Illinois. As a BCBA, you’ll play a key role in creating effective behavior plans and supporting students K-12 with behavioral challenges. Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
Implement function-based interventions to address behavioral challenges.
Collaborate with school staff to ensure individualized behavior plans are successful.
Use assessment data to inform instruction and guide student work plans.
Provide training and support to staff regarding behavior management strategies.

Qualifications:

Valid Illinois Professional Educators License (PEL).
LBS1 Endorsement preferred.
Expertise in Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and function-based interventions.
Exceptional knowledge of using assessment data to inform instruction and design personalized work plans for students.

Position Details:

Classroom: K-12, district-wide caseload.
Hours per Week: 35 hours per week
Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
Contract Duration: ASAP – May 30, 2025, with the option to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
