School-Based BCBA Position in Claymont, Delaware
Full-Time or Part-Time | Start ASAP – End 6/11/2025

Are you a dedicated BCBA with experience in schools or pediatrics? We're looking for a passionate Behavior Analyst to join our team in Claymont, Delaware! This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite across multiple schools, providing vital BCBA services to students. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available with flexible caseloads and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based BCBA services to students in grades TBD.
• Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and provide direct services.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to implement behavior plans.
• Collect and analyze data using PowerSchool/Eschool/Data Service platforms (training provided).
• Split time across 16 schools; specific school assignments to be determined as additional BCBAs are hired.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Delaware state licensure as a BCBA.
• Experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred.
• Experience with PowerSchool, Eschool, and data management is a plus.

Position Details

• Classroom: On-site across 16 schools (specific school assignments will be determined).
• Hours per Week: Full-Time or Part-Time options available.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive salary based on experience.
