Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time

We are seeking a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dynamic educational team in Claymont, Delaware. If you have schools/pediatric experience and are ready to make a difference in the lives of students, this is your opportunity to thrive! You’ll work across multiple schools in the district, providing essential services to students and collaborating with staff to develop behavior plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide school-based BCBA services across 16 schools (locations split among additional BCBAs).
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor student progress and collaborate with teachers to support individualized plans.
• Collect and analyze data using PowerSchool/Eschool (district can provide training).
• Provide staff training and support on behavior management strategies.

Qualifications:

• DE Licensure/Credentials required.
• Previous experience in schools or pediatrics is a must.
• Strong experience in behavior analysis and implementing intervention plans.

Position Details:

• Classroom: 16 schools across the district.
• Hours per Week: Full-Time or Part-Time.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive salary.

• Contract Duration: ASAP - June 11, 2025, with potential to extend.
