School-Based BCBA Needed in Chester, Pennsylvania

Full-Time BCBA – Chester, PA
Immediate Start – Onsite Only

We are seeking an experienced BCBA to join a school team in Chester, PA! This full-time position is perfect for someone passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs. You’ll be responsible for completing 1 FBA (Functional Behavioral Assessment) and providing valuable behavioral support. If you have BCBA credentials and experience working in a school setting, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Complete 1 Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) for a student in need.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on FBA results.
• Provide direct consultation and support to staff working with students with behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the school team to ensure the success of students’ behavioral goals.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification (Required)
• Experience with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and behavior intervention planning.
• Strong school-based experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable working onsite with the school team.

Position Details:

• Classroom: School setting
• Hours per Week: Full-Time
• Schedule: Onsite (Monday to Friday)

Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
