We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Virtual Special Education Teacher to join our team in a fully remote role! This online teaching opportunity allows you to impact students with special needs by using cutting-edge digital tools and platforms, providing support from wherever you are, while fostering a connected and inclusive virtual classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) using online platforms, ensuring students receive personalized support in a virtual setting.
Deliver engaging, interactive instruction through live video lessons, virtual breakouts, and digital learning resources.
Hold virtual office hours and 1:1 online support sessions to address student needs and ensure progress.
Utilize technology to create an engaging, inclusive virtual environment that meets the diverse needs of all students.

Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Teaching License (state-specific).
Strong experience with online learning tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams) and other virtual instructional technologies.
Knowledge of IEP creation and delivery in an online learning environment.
Excellent virtual communication skills and comfort working collaboratively in a remote setting.
