Remote Opening: Special Education Teacher- IL 

Bilingual Therapies has partnered with a school district near Chicago, IL to hire a remote Bilingual Special Education teacher for a current opening. In this role you will work with middle school students at an estimated 35-40 hrs/week. Hiring decisions will be made ASAP for the rest of the current school year.

Responsibilities:

• Full time caseload
• 30 students (throughout week, not all at once)
• Subjects: ELA, Math, Resource level support
• Use digital tools for remote learning needs

Experience:

• Previous experience in schools or pediatrics preferred

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Special Education or teaching students with special needs
• Must hold special education state teaching certification for Illinois
• Teach 6^th, 7^th, and 8^th grade students
• 1099 Contractor: Must have or obtain liability insurance

Employment: Full-time, contract
