Registered Nurse (RN) - Athol, MA

Position Highlights:

• Role: Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN)
• Setting: General School Nurse in a Middle School
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:15 AM - 2:15 PM
• Contract Duration: Full School Year (2024-2025)

Responsibilities:

• Provide health services to students, including administering medications and managing chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement Individual Health Plans (IHPs) for students with specific needs.
• Monitor and respond to health concerns, including managing pediatric conditions such as seizures and diabetes.
• Maintain accurate health records and communicate effectively with staff and families.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current Massachusetts RN License.
• Preferred experience with pediatric care, seizure management, diabetes care, and medication administration.
• Strong skills in creating and implementing Individual Health Plans (IHPs).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
