Position Highlights:

• Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide direct support to students with behavioral challenges.

  • Monitor and document student progress effectively.

• Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; RBT certification preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain/complete PA clearances.
  • Previous school-based experience is necessary.
  • References required.
  • Comfort with toileting/diapering as needed.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Supportive and engaging environment for students with special needs.
• Hours per Week: 37.5 hours.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive compensation.
