Join Our Team as a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) in Framingham!
Are you passionate about making a difference in the life of a young student? We are looking for a dedicated RBT to work 1:1 with a kindergartener in a supportive and dynamic environment. Position Highlights:

• Caseload: 1:1 with a kindergartener, addressing trauma, aggression, bolting, and flopping behaviors.
• Hours: 32.5 hours per week (onsite).
• Location: Framingham, MA (onsite)
• Bilingual in Portuguese: Preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavior therapy and interventions for a kindergartener with behavioral challenges.
• Implement behavior management strategies and reinforce positive behaviors to stabilize challenging actions.
• Work closely with a team of professionals to assess, plan, and track progress on goals.
• Collaborate with parents and educators to provide the best care and support.

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification in Massachusetts required.
• Experience working with children with trauma and behavioral challenges preferred.
• Bilingual in Portuguese is a plus but not required.

Position Details:

• Classroom: 1:1 with a kindergartener
• Hours per Week: 32.5 hours
• Weekly Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
