Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 behavior support for assigned student
• Implement and track behavioral support plans
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to meet student goals
• Document progress and adapt strategies as needed

Qualifications:

• Must hold active RBT certification
• Experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong skills in behavior intervention and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Position Details:

• Classroom: One-on-one support
• Hours per Week: 34.15
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan
• Contract Duration: Current school year 2024-2025
