Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) needed in Caldwell, Idaho
These full-time positions involve providing 1:1 support to students, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to help them achieve their educational and developmental goals.
Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA-based intervention plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Track and document student progress accurately.
- Support students in achieving academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals.
- Work collaboratively with school staff and families.
Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
