These full-time positions involve providing 1:1 support to students, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to help them achieve their educational and developmental goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA-based intervention plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Track and document student progress accurately.
  • Support students in achieving academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff and families.

Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
