Job Posting: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Are you a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students? We're hiring two full-time RBTs for Elementary and Middle School settings.

Position Details:

Start Date: ASAP
End Date: February 2024 (with the possibility of extension)
Schedule: 38 hours per week
Location: Onsite only
Caseload: Comfortable working with students with various disabilities

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized support plans for students.
Collaborate with educators and team members to foster student success.
Utilize strong ABA skills to create positive behavior change.
Support a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

Active RBT certification/license.
Experience and confidence working with diverse disabilities.
Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
