RBTs needed near Lake Stevens, Washington
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct one-on-one behavior therapy services to children with autism and related disorders
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect data on student progress and behaviors during therapy sessions
- Collaborate with a team of professionals including teachers, therapists, and parents
- Ensure a positive and supportive environment for student development
Qualifications:
- RBT certification (required)
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
- Ability to follow behavior plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping children achieve their potential
