We are excited to offer a full-time position for a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Somerville, Massachusetts. If you're passionate about helping students improve mobility and reach their full potential, this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to students across the district.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with physical disabilities.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) License or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License required
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (for PTs) or Associate's degree in Physical Therapy (for PTAs)
• Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required

Position Details:

• Classroom: District-wide
• Hours per Week: 37.5 hours
• Weekly Pay: Competitive

• Contract Duration: Current school year, with the potential to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year
