Part-Time School Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Needed in Kerman, CA!

Position Details:

• Location: Kerman, CA
• Role: School Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
• Hours: 15.5 hours/week (7.75 hours each on Tuesdays and Thursdays)
• Classroom Setting: Onsite
• Contract Duration: Current school year, 2024-2025

Responsibilities:

• Support students in reaching their therapy goals as directed by the Occupational Therapist
• Assist in implementing intervention plans, adapting activities, and monitoring progress
• Document therapy sessions accurately and communicate student progress with staff and families
• Collaborate with school teams to create a positive learning environment

Qualifications:

• License: Must hold current COTA certification in California
• Experience: Prior experience in a school setting preferred but not required
