We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a welcoming school district in Paso Robles, CA. This is a part-time position, perfect for those looking for a flexible work schedule while making a real impact on students' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services for students ranging from K-12th grade
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote students' functional skills
• Conduct assessments and progress reports to track students' development
• Support students in achieving independence in classroom and daily activities
• Deliver therapy services both individually and in small groups

Position Details:

• Caseload: K-12th grade (diverse range of needs and ages)
• Hours per Week: 2 days per week (exact days TBD)
• Weekly Pay: Competitive based on experience

• Contract Duration: ASAP start through the end of the school year, with potential to extend into the next school year

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • California OT License
  • Experience working with K-12 students
  • Ability to provide therapy onsite (no remote options at this time)
  • No COTA – we are looking for an OT only
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
