Bilingual Therapies is seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. These full-time positions involve providing essential support to students across K-12th grade in both 1:1 and classroom settings. The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to helping students succeed academically and socially, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• 1:1 Student Support: Provide individualized assistance to students with specific needs, ensuring they receive the support necessary to succeed in their educational goals.
• Classroom Support: Assist teachers in managing classroom activities, offering general support to all students to promote a positive and productive learning environment.
• Behavioral Guidance: Implement positive behavior management strategies to help students stay engaged and on task.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and other paraprofessionals to support students' academic and social development.
• Monitoring Progress: Assist in tracking student progress and adapting support strategies as needed to meet each student's unique needs.
• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student progress and any concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards working with students.
• Commitment to supporting the educational and social success of all students.
