Paraprofessionals needed:

This role supports students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), emotional and behavioral disabilities, and elopement tendencies, helping them thrive in their educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
Support students with emotional and behavioral regulation strategies.
Monitor and ensure student safety, including managing elopement behaviors.

Requirements:

Associate's degree is preferred.
Experience working with students with ASD, emotional/behavioral disabilities, and elopement.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Patience, adaptability, and a commitment to supporting diverse learners.
