Are you passionate about supporting young learners? We’re looking for a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team in Somerville, MA. You'll be working with a K-2 caseload, making a direct impact on students’ development and success in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and small group instruction.
• Support students with special needs by providing one-on-one or small group assistance.
• Help maintain a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a school setting or working with children is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance student learning.

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-2
• Hours per Week: Full-time
• Weekly Pay: Competitive rates based on experience.
