Are you passionate about supporting students with special needs? We’re looking for dedicated Paraprofessionals to make a difference in the lives of students in Santa Monica. This role offers a unique opportunity to work one-on-one and help students thrive in a nurturing environment.

Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to students during school hours
• Assist with daily living activities, including toileting/diapering as needed
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid paraprofessional license in California
• Strong behavioral background required
• Experience working with the SPED population is essential
• Must be CPI certified (current certification required)
• Reliable transportation and comfortable with commuting
• Must be open to working 1:1 with students

Note: One of the paraprofessionals will need to provide transportation to and from school for the student.
