Job Opportunity: Remote Special Education Teacher

Position: Full-Time

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Contract Dates: August 28, 2024 – June 5, 2025

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Central Time)

Key Responsibilities:

Tailored Instruction: Create and implement individualized educational plans via virtual platforms.
Inclusive Environment: Foster a supportive online classroom that promotes academic, social, and emotional growth.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to IDEA and Minnesota state regulations.
Collaboration: Work with staff, families, community partners, and students through virtual meetings to deliver a cohesive educational experience.

Qualifications:

Licensure: Valid Minnesota teaching license in a Special Education field.
Experience: Preferably experienced with diverse K-12 student populations.
Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with virtual teaching tools and technology.
