Onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 24/25 school year. Only candidates holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are eligible for this position. This position would ideally be for a full time candidate, but we will consider part time providers. 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on students' abilities and requirements.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development.
  • Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid license to practice as an SLP in the state of Louisiana.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
