Job Title: Occupational Therapist (Temporary Leave Coverage)

Location: Hermann, MO
Start Date: November 25, 2024
End Date: January 2025
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide short-term coverage for a medical leave in the Hermann, MO school district. This position will last for 6-8 weeks, offering an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students across three campuses: two elementary schools and one middle school. The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling between these locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student success.
• Conduct evaluations and assist with the development of IEPs.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Missouri.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel between two elementary schools and one middle school.
