We’re seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services in Middletown, OH. This part-time role offers 27 hours per week, supporting K-8 students across two campuses.

Job Details:

• Hours: 27 hours per week
• Caseload: Approximately 12 students per campus (grades K-8)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to meet IEP/504 plan requirements.
• Attend IEP and 504 meetings, collaborating with staff and families.
• Provide therapy across two campuses, ensuring consistent student support.
• Support students’ academic and developmental goals.

Requirements:

• Active Ohio Occupational Therapy License.
• 5-year Pupil Services License is required.
• Prior experience in school settings preferred.
