Job Title: Occupational Therapist (Short-Term Medical Leave)

Location: O'Fallon, MO
Start Date: November 25, 2024
End Date: January 2025
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to cover a short-term medical leave for a school district. This is a full-time position for approximately 6-8 weeks, providing support to 44 students across three campuses: two elementary schools and one middle school. The role requires flexibility and willingness to travel between these campuses.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect OT services to students with various needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success.
• Conduct assessments and create individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and therapy activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in [State].
• Experience working in school settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel between multiple campuses.
