We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school team in Lakewood, MA. This is a W2 contract position with weekly, competitive pay at an hourly rate, depending on experience

RBTs are also encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBA) to identify student needs.
Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support students' success.

Qualifications:

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
