Special Education Teacher – Ypsilanti, MI
Immediate Start, Full-Time Position through June 2025

We are looking for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a supportive team in Ypsilanti, Michigan. This is a full-time, onsite role working with elementary and middle school students. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) for elementary/middle school students with special needs.
Provide individual and group instruction based on students' goals and needs.
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure students' success.
Maintain detailed records, including student progress reports and IEP documentation.
Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral development in the classroom.

Qualifications:

Michigan Special Education Teaching License required.
Experience with elementary and middle school students is preferred.
Passion for special education and working with students of varying abilities.

Position Details:

Classroom: Elementary and Middle School students with various disabilities.
Hours per Week: Full-Time (35-40 hours).
Weekly Pay: Competitive pay based on experience.
Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K.
Contract Duration: ASAP through June 6, 2025.
Onsite: This is an onsite position.
