• Provide individualized instruction and support for students with special needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs to support academic and behavioral goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure student success.
• Track student progress and make necessary adjustments to instruction.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Special Education License in Ohio required.
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-12 students with diverse learning needs.
• Hours per Week: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive pay based on experience.

• Contract Duration: Current school year with potential for extension to summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
