Caseload: 40-50 students (Elementary & Junior High)

Are you a skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) looking for an exciting opportunity? We’re seeking an SLPA to join our team in Mineral Wells, TX, starting as early as December 2024 or January 2025. In this role, you'll support students at both the elementary early childhood level and junior high, with a caseload of 40-50 students. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist with therapy sessions for students across elementary and junior high levels
• Provide direct therapy support for students with speech and language needs
• Document therapy sessions and progress for students on your caseload
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure students’ success
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Texas SLPA License
• Experience working with K-8 students (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Position Details:

• Classroom: Elementary (early childhood) and Junior High
• Hours per Week: Full-Time, 35-40 hours
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience

• Contract Duration: January 2025 – May 22, 2025, with potential to extend
