Paraprofessional Position – Hollis, NH

Are you passionate about supporting students with special needs? We’re hiring a full-time Paraprofessional to join our team at the Academy of Science and Design in Nashua. Start ASAP and make a difference in a 6th-grade classroom!

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to a 6th-grade student with special needs.
• Assist in classroom activities and support the student’s educational and behavioral needs.
• Adapt to classroom rearrangements and collaborate with educators.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• Paraprofessional and/or child-related experience in a professional setting is essential.
• Must provide 1 completed reference prior to the start date.
• Comfort working with special education (SPED) students is a must.
• Reliable transportation required.
• District fingerprints and successful completion of district/agency onboarding are necessary.

Position Details:

• Classroom: 6th Grade at the Academy of Science and Design in Nashua.
• Hours per Week: 25 hours.
• Start Time: 8:40 AM.
• Start Date: ASAP.
• End Date: June 20, 2025.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
