Occupational Therapist – O'Fallon, MO
Contract Dates: November 25, 2024 – January 2025
Onsite – Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

We’re hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to cover a short-term medical leave in O'Fallon, MO! This position offers the opportunity to support a diverse student population across three campuses. If you’re passionate about making a difference for students in need and are available for a 6-8 week contract, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students on your caseload (44 students total).
Conduct consultation minutes and collaborate with school staff to support students’ goals.
Work across 3 campuses (2 elementary schools and 1 middle school) within the same district.
Manage 1127.5 minutes of direct therapy time and 60 consultation minutes per week.
Assist with adapting classroom materials and strategies to meet students' occupational therapy goals.

Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapy License in Missouri (Required)
Experience working in a school setting with diverse student needs.
Must be able to travel between 3 campuses within the district.
Comfortable working onsite (as requested by the client).
Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and families.

Position Details:

Caseload: 44 students across K-8 (2 elementary and 1 middle school)
Hours per Week: Full-Time (37.5 hours)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Onsite across 3 campuses in the eastern quadrant of the district.

Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
